Kohimarama Branch Tank

Proud to have supported Fulton Hogan on the construction of the Kohimarama Branch Diversion Sewer Storage Tank in Auckland. Grouting Services supplied and installed 39No permanent multi-strand uplift anchors in the tank base. Prior to construction works commencing, 3No proving trial anchors were installed and tested to verify assumptions made in relation to geotechnical ultimate bond stress. In addition, 3No on-site suitability tests were performed on non-production anchors to verify performance of the anchor system at 150%DWL in relation to both load and creep.
