Richard Tunnicliffe
Richard has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years, joining Grouting Services in 1981. He has formidable knowledge of the construction industry and has played a significant role in many specialist civil engineering projects involving post-tensioning, ground anchoring and grouting carried out in New Zealand. Richard started as a field operative and became a key member of the construction team which worked on many of the iconic contracts in the 1980’s and 1990’s.

Peter Adye
Peter has more than 20 years national and international experience in foundation engineering and is intimately involved in all operational aspects of Grouting Services. With a New Zealand Certificate of Engineering (Civil) and a Bachelor of Science Degree, Peter has developed a very professional approach to business and is well regarded by his peers in the industry. His construction career began with Brian Perry Civil Limited, where he was involved with the project management of large and complex projects. Peter has fostered relationships under partnering contracts such as the Freeflow Alliance which has enabled him to develop a real understanding of all stakeholders’ interests through collaborating with diversely talented team members and integrating their divergent thoughts, opinions, and perspectives into meaningful actions .

David Sharp
David holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours), is a member of The Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand and is registered. David has extensive experience in the local construction market having worked for companies that lead New Zealand in their specialist fields, namely Downer Construction, Tonkin & Taylor, Construction Techniques and Pro-Drill. David understands the construction implications of design well and has particular experience in ground anchoring and soil nailing. He is regularly consulted for expertise in this field having had substantial exposure to the full spectrum of design and construct. He is a solution-driven professional with nearly 20 years of significant, progressive engineering experience. He has also co-authored 3 technical papers.
